After 14 months of hard work, Turkey’s candidacy process for EURO 2016 will be concluded with tomorrow’s ceremony.

Final rehearsals were held today prior to the announcement ceremony that will take place at Espace Hippomene Exhibition Centre in Geneva. Lighting systems and films to be shown were tested in the morning at the technical rehearsal and the half hour presentation ran over twice at the final rehearsal in the afternoon.

 Defne Samyeli will be the moderator for our presentation tomorrow. Our President Abdullah Gül will be delivering a speech during our presentation which will start at 10.40 Turkish time. The host nation will be announced by Michel Platini at 14.00. Following the announcement, the winning country and UEFA officials will together hold a press conference.
